Individual Wellness and Corporate Wellness Programs
At CCWC we believe that preventing problems is as important as treating them. We offer two types of wellness programs. The first is a personal wellness program that consists of evaluating a client's flexibility, strength, posture, and workout routine, then developing a plan that will allow the client to optimize results and minimize their risk of injury or dysfunction.
The second is a corporate wellness program. These are quite varied depending on the need and wants of the company. They can be as simple as teaching a few preventative classes, like ergonomics or proper lifting techniques. Or we can develop an individual wellness program for each employee. This might focus on quitting smoking, nutritional analysis, exercise recommendations, postural analysis, ergonomics, or other factors, depending on the individual's needs.
We also offer ergonomic workstation evaluation, where we come on site and consult on proper workstation set up in order to decrease the incidence of work-related injuries.
Our goal in developing a wellness plan is to create a unique plan for each individual or corporation. We do not use a “cookie cutter” approach that forces everyone to fit a particular model. It is this commitment that sets us apart, and helps insure the success of each program.
